EXW trade term-factory delivery

This term is "EX Works (...named place)" in English, that is, "Ex Works (...named place)". It means that the seller is responsible for delivering the prepared goods to the buyer at its location, namely workshops, factories, warehouses, etc., but is usually not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle prepared by the buyer or clearing the goods. The buyer bears all the costs and risks of transporting the goods from the seller’s location to the intended destination. When trading with EXW conditions, the seller's risk, responsibility, and cost are minimal.

FCA Trade Term-Cargo Delivery Carrier

This term is "Free Carrier (...named place)" in English, that is, "the goods are handed over to the carrier (...designated place)". It means that the seller shall be responsible for the delivery of the goods, after customs clearance, and deliver them to the carrier designated by the buyer at the designated place to take care of them. According to business practice, when the seller is required to cooperate with the carrier by signing a contract, the seller can do the same if the buyer bears the risks and expenses. This term applies to any mode of transportation. When this delivery condition is adopted, the buyer must sign a contract for shipment from the designated place at his own expense and notify the seller in time. The "2000 General Rules" stipulates that if the place of delivery agreed by both parties is the location of the seller, the seller is responsible for loading the goods on the carrier designated by the buyer. Delivery without unloading.
